Rates and fees
Ongoing Bookkeeping $250
Regular monthly bookkeeping. Includes posting of all transactions, bank reconciliations for one bank and one credit card up to 100 transactions per month. Please connect with us to get a custom quote as we know your business is unique. For very small businesses please ask about quarterly bookkeeping (25 trans/month). GST/PST returns extra. Min fee $250 per month or quarter.
Bookkeeping catchup $60/page +
Based on page of bank or credit card statement. For businesses who use a company bank and/or credit card for ALL business purchases. Surcharges of 25% to 50% to manage cash purchases or purchases recorded on mixed personal/business bank and/or credit card accounts.
Bookkeeping rescue $75/hr
Documents must be provided in digital format, ie: scanned in PDFs, excel. Document handling fee will be required for paper document. Bookkeeping assessment may be required.
Prepare and file GST/PST/HST returns $125/return
Fee to prepare and file one return with applicable authority. Only provided in conjunction with a bookkeeping service.
Convert to cloud accounting $1,000+
Convert your legacy system to a cloud based accounting system. Optionally convert historical transactions.
Bookkeeping assessment $250 - $500
A deep look into the state of your bookkeeping with a full list of recommendations to move forward. 50% of fee will be applied to any additional services purchased.
Consulting fee $150/Hr
For one time projects, technical consulting, software research and implementation. 2 hour minimum for onsite visits, discounts for longer projects.
Document handling/sorting/scanning $50/hr
To organize, sort, scan or otherwise manage paper documents. Required on ALL box jobs.
